TSPSC (TGPSC) photo and signature resizer

For the Telangana Public Service Commission's One Time Registration (OTR). TSPSC was renamed TGPSC, so you may see either name. Your OTR photo and signature are used for every TGPSC notification.

Photo

4–50 KB · 3.5 × 4.5 cm (276 × 354 px) · JPG or JPEG (the OTR guide also lists PNG)

Photo

Size limit

We keep the file just under the limit, counting 1 KB as 1,000 bytes, so it passes on every portal.

More options: exact pixel size, DPI

We crop from the centre to match this shape, so faces never get stretched.

It changes the label inside the file, not the pixels.

Your result appears here

We check the size against your limit before you download. Nothing is uploaded.

Photo rules

  • A recent colour photo
  • No cap or goggles. Spectacles are allowed. No Polaroid photos

Signature

20–30 KB · 3.5 × 1.5 cm (276 × 118 px) · JPG or JPEG

Signature

Removes shadows and grey paper from a phone photo. The result is in black and white.

Questions

Is TGPSC the same as TSPSC?

Yes. The Telangana State Public Service Commission is now called the Telangana Public Service Commission (TGPSC). The OTR portal is otr.tgpsc.gov.in.

How can a small photo reach 100 KB?

We raise the quality first. If it is still under the minimum, we add harmless padding inside the file so the size counts, and the photo looks exactly the same.

Is my photo uploaded anywhere?

No. Everything happens inside your browser, on your phone or computer. Here is how to check it yourself.

Why is the file a little under the limit?

Portals count KB differently: some reject anything over 50,000 bytes for “50 KB”. We stay just under the smaller reading, so the file passes either way.
